Is wedding content creation just for people who are prominent on social media?

Not at all! Wedding content is for people who want video footage on their wedding day, who aren't particular about the device it is filmed on. Hiring a wedding content creator is a good way to get a lot of video content of your wedding day without needing to worry about filming the content yourself or asking someone else to be on content duty. The videos you receive can be posted to social media, if you desire, or can be kept private as a special keepsake for yourself.

What is wedding content creation?

Wedding content creation is a new form of videography, that is more candid, laidback and casual, typically filmed with an iPhone, with both edited and raw footage delivered in 24 hours or less

What device is used to film videos? 

Wedding content creation is typically filmed using a recent version of iPhone. In my case I have previously used an iPhone 15 Pro.
In 2025 and moving forward, couples will have the option to choose between having content filmed with either my iPhone 15 Pro paired with an iPhone stabilizing gimbal, or my latest investment, a DJI Pocket 3, a small, compact 4k video camera with a built in gimbal stabilizer

Is audio included? 

The main highlight video you receive will play to music and will not include audio. However, audio is captured in all raw footage that is taken. If you opt to add on the full ceremony video option, small microphones will need to be worn by the officiant and the groom during the ceremony in order to capture the best possible audio that will be included in the full ceremony video

Who chooses the music for the highlight videos?

I typically ask couples to choose 3-5 songs that they would like used for their edited videos, and then use the option that is most preferred or choose one of the provided options that suits the edited video best

When does a mileage fee apply? 

A mileage fee applies to any bookings over 15kms outside the city of Winnipeg to compensate for travel time and fuel

What is a one minute thank you video? 

​A one minute thank you video is an additional video that you can add on to your base package. Similar to your main highlight video, a one minute thank you video plays to a song of your choice, and is composed of clips of the best parts of your day. These videos are a digital alternative to sending thank you cards to your guests and can be sent by email in the days following your wedding
